About Me
How I stumbled back into photography

Hi! My name is Parker and this is a little about myself:
I have genuinely been around photography my entire life. When I was born, my dad was a wedding photographer and later he pivoted into also taking rodeo photos. So, as my dad's sidekick, I also had a camera in my hands. Throughout high school, I earned my money for fun by printing pictures in our photo lab. And when I graduated from college, I bought my first camera.
Before venturing into portrait photography, my main focus was landscape and night photography. A few of my all-time favorite pictures include the U.S. Capitol in DC, Roaring Fork in Tennessee, and the Northern Lights in Sweden.
And now, in kind of a full-circle situation, I've taken up portrait photography, hoping to give back a little bit of the joy taking pictures has given me. Crazy how the world works like that sometimes.
